I am new and would like any info about bounties like how to join,and how to go about getting them.

you reply to the post, (in character, as if the person heard the bounty over the radio or something)
but there arent that many bounties recently, escpecially since the two main group are attacking right now, so if there were a bounty, a smaller group would do it. and they wont pay as much. besides, much of the smaller groups are involved in the fight as well.
right now alameda (owned the NA) is under attack from the KH,Shinter (main enemy), Osiris, and that other smaller group.
if your not involved with this, email or use the mail system here to talk about how to get involved. and read the posts that happened before this incident, especially so we dont screw things up by not knowing whats where.
Gabe is the webmaster, and he is responcible for the NA group, and haulpschalter is responcible for the Shinter group.
just mail them and ask for help. AFTER YOU READ THE PREVIOUS POSTS AND KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.
