OOC: I am posting this on behalf of Phame and Leo.
IC: Leo sat back against the wall of the transport, ignoring the soilders who strapped themselves in. The commander and the two female soilders had just finished check Phame for any tracking equpiment or bugs and found none. For a time he merely watched this woman who was his daughter, he hadn't seen or heard from her since the colony drop and now here she was, back in his life again.
Phame kept her eyes closed. She was more ashamed than afraid. Fighting opposite her father was something she never thought would happen. Especially since she though he was dead.
What was she thinking? Was she angry? Was she scared? Did she really think of him as a father or just another person? He folded his hands in thought as he watched her sitting back there, she wasn't chained up or anything, what could she do on a transport full of armed soldiers? He stood and made his way toward her, once there he sat down agaisnt the wall to her right to watch her.
She could feel him moving towards her and tensed slightly. The shock of seeing him again still had not passed.
"Are you ok, Phame?" He extended his hand and touched her shoulder gently, not wanting to upset her in anyway. His hand gripped slightly and he smiled a little.
Phame opened her eyes and turned to look at Leo. So many things flooded to her mind that she wanted to say to him. She was slightly comforted by his touch and his smile. "Of course. I'm just a captive on an enemy transport...why should that get me down?" She imediately regretted her tone and turned from him once more.
"You have every right to be upset, I understand.....we haven't seen each other since the colony drop on the Seven Cities. But you'll be treated much better than you'd think......I mean your my daughter...." Again he reached for her this time he stood up and actually hugged her, he knew she needed a little comfort. He would too if he were in her place, he ignored the looks given to him by troops.
Phame stiffened slightly. She was far fom used to any kind of affection but at the same time she felt relieved. Leo was her father and he was saying it was all going to be ok. Hesitantly she returned the gesture quickly. "I've been through worse" she muttered, dropping her arms
He let her go, maybe he'd made things worse? "Don't worry, I'll make sure that they take good care of you. I promise." He smiled at her again and made his way toward the front to the cockpit. Once he was there he spoke to the pilot. "Where are we headed?" "To an NA base to drop you off sir, then we'll take the prisoner back to Helene." Leo nodded. "Make sure they treat her well." The pilot looked at him funny for a moment then nodded. "Yes sir, wait, your going back to Helene sir. Commander Fox wants to see you and the prisoner. ETA is 10 minutes."
When this ten minute period of waiting passed, the transport suddenly jerked to a halt. Leo looked outside to see absolutely nothing but flat land, with trees scattered and minor vegetation. No sign of any gate to Helene anywhere.
"This is Transport One of Alameda Expeditionary Force. Request permission to enter Helene. Access code 220-817-ABS92." The lead transport pilot stated through the radio.
"They always need a big damn code."
The radio replyed back "Access approved. We'll escort you down to where the MF is assembling."
From the seemingly clear ground below a large door opened. Inside the entrance stood two heavily armed Mk V Gundams, ready to escort the craft. The pilot eased the transport inside, following the lead of the suits ahead. The heavy blast door behind them closed, and many lights inside the dim corridor flashed on.
"Sir, please proceed to elevator X1. It will take you directly down to Stone Foothills."
The pilot acknowledged this statement as the transport slowly hovered over the lift and landed, just as the lift began moving. Approximately ten floors down, they reach their destination.
As the doors opened, Leo, Phame, and the combat team inside of the transport stepped on to the platform, to see Gabe standing in front of them...

Leo stood before Gabe looking faintly embarresed, going to Alameda hadn't worked out as he had planned. He had simply wanted to do a recon mission and instead he'd had to be rescued at the expense of others. And by some strange twist he'd taken his own daughter prisoner.
His hands moved nervously, plucking out stray fragments of dirt, dust and sand from his clothing as he waited for Gabe to either welcome him or start yelling at him for making such a foolish choice.

"Leo...I see why you did it. The fact remains, though, that your companion is our prisoner."
Gabriel shook his head, remembering back before the Seven Cities disaster, when he first met Phame.
"Phame Wrisin, correct. We will interrogate you later when we are under way. Leo, we have no time to rest-its time to begin the process of moving out. The other troops are assembled and ready to go. The prisoner will be transported to the Lorelei via armed guards, where she will be put in the brig and await my summons. I see that the combat team put you both through radiation decontamination, so you will go along with her and get settled in. Caligo has been repaired and loaded already, so you won't have to worry about that."
As soon as he finished speaking, a group of four armed men walked over and led Phame and Leo away to a van. Gabriel watched as the van pulled away, headed for the fleet docks. When he turned toward the direction of his troops, he saw that his Operations officer was walking towards him.
"What's the status of final repairs?"
"100% Complete. The last suits have been loaded, as well as all armament and ammunition that we will all need. But there is one problem."
"What kind of a problem..."
"I couldn't really tell you; that is why I will need you to come with me, sir, to meet with our strategic analysts."
Gabriel nodded, following the Operations officer as he walked off. In a matter of minutes the duo reached the OPS station, where a group of men stood around a table covered with maps and other documents.
"What is the problem, gentlemen?"
The lead stategist stood up, and began to speak about what the group had gone over minutes earlier.
"What exactly is your desired course of action after the breakout?"
Gabriel thought for a moment, glancing over the chart depicting North America on a small scale.
"The Shinter Orbital Fleet is just above North America, correct? The most obvious course is to bring the fight to them, and cause them a little pain."
"Sir, how do you suggest we penetrate their forces?"
"I'm not completely sure. We have time to decide, so lets get started on researching what we have and what we can do."

The Halo bombers were dodging bullets and laser beams left and right, trying desperatly to stay up in the air. The cloud cover mixed with fallout was only giving them slight cover, since they still had big heat signatures.
After a few minutes they had reached the targeted area for the bombing run.
"We only have one chance at this. Stay on course and drop all of our munitions at once. Carpet bomb the area! Whats the status on the other bombers? Are they in position yet?"
"Its a negative, we cant get a laser link to them and there is too much minovsky interference for radio. I have no idea."
"Doesnt matter, lets lightren our load and get out of here."
Something to the right exploded and it was immedietly obvious that it was one of the remaining bombers, but this time there was no energy beam visible, so the enemy was using physical means.
"Bombs dropping sir."
The bomb hatch opened and all 200 or so small, unguided, ground penetrating bombs left the airship on their way down.
"They're shitting on us!" Shadow yelled when the bombs leaving the airplane looked like a large black streak across the sky behind it. Shadow activated his energy shields and created an umbrella to protect him and the Amatu from the bomb blasts. He had no idea if it would last, but what choice did they have?
"Shadow, im getting a signal from another heat source. The recovery ship is on its way down. We only have a few minutes to go!"
"This %s rec%very (essel#eight*en, w@ are #urent$y fix*d on @our p&sitio!, aftUr the@bombi%g run&we'll*try o(r lan!(ding@ Rema$n in ^he ge&eral v$cinity, @ver."
"Great, were finally our of here!"
"How are you gonna explain all of this to the Admiral, Shadow?"

Phame remained speechless. She had thought that both Leo and Gabe were dead, seeing them both again in such a short amount of time put her in sort of a shock.
It was a positive for her, for after she left her father she had become very out spoken. Given her position this was not the time to argue. 'At least Leo is coming with me..' she thought. Though she barely knew the man, knowing that he was her father still seemed to put her at peace.
In her silence she took the time to look over Gabe. At one point in time she had looked up to him for his power. Now as she was being led away she still admired his power, but began to develop a loathing for the man.

"How are you gonna explain this to the Admiral, Shadow?"
"I don't know... You're the one who was leading this whole expedition, Ain. Besides, you have a slightly higher rank, therefore, your ass is going to get cooked. Not mine."
"Whatever. All of us are going to get chewed out. I mean, we have a casualty, AND Phame is now a POW. Let's just get out of here alive."
The computer's threat calculator scrolled out the red messages, left and right, warning them that the bombs were falling around them, but with extremely poor accuracy. The chance one would even land on the shield was quite low, but if it did... They'd be toast.
"Alright, stay under my umbrella. It should protect you from a bomb or two."
Obviously Shadow wasn't aware of the threat these bombs posed. But Ain wasn't about to alarm him, they we're already in bad shape.
"Alright. Try to move out of the bombing zone of these things. We've got to leave... there's gonna be more after just this. I'll contact the unit and tell them to try and run for it."
Basically, the unit would be mangled and thrashed from the heavy bombing, but it would improve their survival chances slightly by getting out of the way of the second and third waves.
"Forget it, just make a break for the shuttle! We need immediate evac. All other soldiers, if you can make it into the shuttle in time, please do it, if you can't die a valiant death and hold them off."
Shadow, Ain, and a Zaku made it onto the seemingly distant shuttle, and were loaded. The rest of the unit was already gone. The comstant barrage of bombs never seemed to end or stop violently shaking the very soul of the poor shuttle.
"We're clear for lift. Strap in." The pilot yelled back to us. We didn't need to be told twice.
"Gotcha. Get to the fleet as fast as this piece of metal can get us there. Punch it!"
The shuttle began piercing the sky with a song of its own. The humdrum engines began growling in tones of lower voices, and soon a black void was visible. They were headed back 'home.'

"In this world, of people who deserve to die, there are a lot. But, when you kill someone, you have to be prepared at the possibility to be killed too, because this is what the law of the Karma says. At the end, the ones who survive, are those with a strongest will to live."
The vast display of man power that was placed into the creation of this colony was amazing. I wondered through the tunnels underneath the colony floors for nearly seven hours in an attempt to finally make it into civilization. For several years, I had been concealed in a laboratory, working on several suits that were now in active production. The SG Destitution was hidden rather well, or as well as I could have done it for the time slot fate alotted me.
"what the hell.. I didnt know they had cars up here.."
I smiled at the familiar sound of wheels, and of a thought of pavement and hotdogs. A clean, wellkept ladder stood in front of me, stretching high into a column that bore a single strand of light. The light seemed to slipt the darkness, as if a barrier that would save me from these depths. A crooked scientist grin emerged as I began my ascension up the ladder, and towards the floor of the colony.
Several minutes later...
The heavy manhole cover moved to the side, the grinding of the steel rather irritating to my ears. I pushed with most of the strength that I held, my attempt to free myself from the darkness below bringing me power as I budged the manhole cover from its place. The light spread around me, circling my body as the wall of light slammed into the cold abyss of the below. A gust of wind smoothly soared over my head as a car drove over the cover. At least I hadnt tried to get out yet...
I slowly lifted my head out of the hole, trying to see what was there, and if there was a car coming. The cool air crept stealthily through my hair, which had grown out over the years of long hard work. I had not lost the thought of freedom, but instead increased it, and added to it a sense of devotion and pride. I had escaped from one of the dominant military presences in the universe, and done so in their own weapon. The artificial sky above me peered down, as if greeting me. At first chance, I was off. I needed to find a hospital, for my head was bleeding lightly from the attack out of the ship several hours earlier. The news would most likely have been informed of the 'attack' , so it would be best to find the hospital, then lay low for a bit...
"lets get this party started..."
I took off out of the hole at first chance, disappearing into the closest alley way. The corner on the beginning of the alley bore the word Enix, which was the street name. I would remember that, just in case I had to make a quick escape, but for now, my mind was set to find that hospital..

"If we blindly launch an attack it will be suicide...we need something more to aid our assault or at least give us some cover."
Gabriel sighed. He ran his fingers through his hair and scratched his scalp; he had no real idea what to do. Unless they had something to launch in the air other than a nuke they would be stuck. He glanced at the MF soldiers returning to the formation, all ready to move out.
Suddenly a man came running into the OPS tent, who was clearly a telecommunications officer.
"Sir, we have a message from our allies in Neo Germany, who believe they may have a plan to help us..."
Gabriel looked back at the man, nodding and following the him to the communications center. He was immediately taken to an open terminal surrounded by several other workers. Gabriel put the headset on, and gave the signal to the telecommunications officer to open the channel.
"Is the line secure?"
"Yes, Commander."
"This is Commander Gabriel Fox of the Midnight Faction. Who exactly am I speaking to?"
There was no immediate reply, although sporadic statements in German could be heard in the background.
"Commander Fox? This is Lieutenant Commander Wehrmacht, with the new NA support division in Neo Berlin. I say new because we hadn't joined NA until Haulpschalter split the Shinter."
"Alright, now what did you want to tell us?"
"We have something that could prove useful to break through the Shinter Orbital Fleet. Its an orbital platform, armed to the teeth with lethal weaponry..."
Gabriel shook his head, for he know knew exactly what the man was talking about.
"Schwarzgeist..."
"Yes...we've had its replica for many years now. It was manufactured during the Retribution War, based on the plans of its predecessor we found in our file vault that were devised back during 2244."
Gabriel paused a moment to think. The man he was talking to had to be a descendant of those who served the Empire, back during the Second Moon War.
"Let me guess, you are all old members of the Empire, or at least had relatives that were in that organization."
"Well, those who came before us were members, yes, as well as a majority of our parents. So you could say that we are somewhat descending from the bloodline of the Empire."
"I am Selenian."
There was a pause on the other end of the radio.
"Well that conflict was a long time ago, and we don't hold grudges anymore. As far as everyone knows, the war ended with the treaty."
Gabriel gave a satirical laugh.
"Its funny how people thought the conflict ended with that war, but in reality the attrition continued on for more than a century. Empire citizens hated Selenians, Selenians hated Empire citizens. How ironic that one day both would be working together."
"So you trust us?"
"I guess I have no choice but to trust you, because Schwarzgeist is the only way we can mount an effective enough assault on the Shinter Orbital Fleet. Plus the fact that you are correct in saying the Second Moon War was a long time ago, and that holding grudges would simply not be in the best interest for Earth."
Gabriel motioned for the telecommunications officer to ready the data recording equipment.
"Alright, we need all data concerning the current status of the weapon sent here, to Helene. Use the ground modem network to avoid being discovered. In the meantime, get it ready to launch. We will send you specifics about when we need to coordinate our efforts."
"Alright, we'll be ready when you are. Talk to you in fifteen, Commander."
Gabriel cut the transmission, and moved over to the nearest incoming data terminal. He looked at the world map as depicted on the computer screen. It was then that the transmission process began.
Incoming Data Feed... //Connecting to Intercontinental Data Server GX1... //Connected. Downloading... Downloading BLUEPRINT.......100% Downloading STATUS............100% Downloading WEAPONRY......100% Downloading RECORD...........100% Downloading MANUAL...........100% //Download complete.
The person sitting next to Gabe opened the files to verify their authenticity, and nodded when the said task was done.
"We got everything, and its all authentic."
"Good, send it to the OPS station."
The man nodded in compliance as Gabriel walked briskly out of the tent and in front of the assembled troops. The Executive Officer called them to attention.
"All are present and accounted for, sir. We've taken a head count."
"Alright, here is the plan. Division Commanders, take your divisions and move them to the Fleet Docks. Get them loaded onto their assigned ships. Mobile Armor pilots, report to the launch station adjacent to the docks. Move 'em out!"
The Division Commanders followed their orders, calling commands and carrying them out. Gabriel moved to the OPS tent to talk strategy again.
"Did you get the data?"
"Yes, all of it."
"Here is the plan. If you have any suggestions or ideas, please tell me as we go along so I can make any needed changes."
He paused a moment to glance at the nearest computer screen with data on the Schwarzgeist on it, then glanced back at the others inside the tent.
"The NA forces in Neo Berlin are going to launch the Schwarzgeist when we give them the command. Apparently they had been preparing it and upgrading it all along, but only knew to tell us when we sent that transmission out concerning strategic help in breaking through the Orbital Fleet. In any case, it is being loaded into a stealth launch vehicle and will be ready to go in fifteen to twenty minutes. Once it takes off, we will make a distraction with forces from a nearby NA base, in order to make it seem that it is actually us breaking out. In reality those forces will be heading to take on the Osiris rebels and Aragon Liberationists that have fortified themselves all around. And after they make a big display of their movement, we will stealthily make our way out of Helene. We will move a few miles away to ensure security of this location, and then we will take off into space and blindside the orbital fleet after Schwarzgeist does its job. Any questions or ideas?"
"Other than the Schwarzgeist alone, will there be MA or MS support from Neo Berlin?"
"Yes, I'm almost certain-because otherwise would just be a wasted effort. We will plan to regroup as well sometime in the future, so we can make a unified effort against the Shinter. Again this is all future planning, and the specifics about troop movements still need to be discussed with the LCDR over there. Anything else?"
Everyone was silent.
"Alright then, lets put this thing into action, and get ready to strike back."#nosmileys

The hospital air was thin and dry, much diffrent from what I was normally used to. In my trip here, I had determined that I would leave this place. The colony twas a bore, and right now, it was a pain being here. The real action was on Earth, so that was the plan. The treatment of my physical self was quick and easy, with a little bit of pain. I smiled as I walked out of the hospital.
There was still something bothering me. The Shinter had held me for a long time, why would they not send anyone to find me. The people that attacked us were enemy soldiers, so they had to have been naturalist earthlings. Even though they attacked my ship, and put me in danger, I still owed them for granting me this freedom. A quaint smell caught my nose as I turned to a little stand on the side of the road.. Meat buns.. I hadnt had these since I was a child..
"three please.."
The lady smiled and handed my the meat buns. I sat a bill down on her stand, which was much more money than she was used to. I grinned and began walking towards the main street, heading towards my mobile suit...
Several Hours Later. . .
I sat in the cockpit, looking out of the main view screen. The colony was far behind me, but it would be a day or so before I would reach the Earth. I kept a close watch on the radar, just to make sure I stayed out of both sides, and their own lines of fire. I didnt want to get myself into battle before I reached the earth..

Leo was silent as he followed the guards to the Lorelei, his own throughts ran rampant. What was Gabe planing? Them going against the enemy fleet? That was insane! But then Gabe had said that they were going to show the enemy what a pair of good commanders and a small force could really do. He started to smile to himself then stopped when they arrived on the ship and Phame was taken elsewhere.
He waved goodbye to her like a small child would, once she was out of sight he let his hand fall and sighed. "Sir?" Leo looked around at a young female officer standing next to him with her hands clasped behind her back. "Yes?" He replied. "I'm to take you to your quaters sir, this way please." Leo nodded, Gabe was right though there wouldn't be time to get setteled in.
Once they came to his small room she opened the door and stood to the side. "Can I get you anything sir?" Leo shook his head as he stepped in and looked around the closet of a room. "No, go on about your duties. Wait, where is the Caligo Gundam being stored?"
"On the launch deck sir, dock three." She replied, Leo nodded his thanks and she took her leave. For a few moments Leo sat on the bunk just thinking when he noticed the uniform hanging up nearby. The thing was mostly black with silver, his name was on the right side shirt pocket and on the left arm was a patch with the letters NT in gold. A matching helmet sat on the chair next to it, Leo grinned. "Well Gabe, you seem to have thought of everything."
Ten minutes passed and Leo came out of his room in his new pilot uniform with the helmet in his hand. After a few minutes of wandering around and asking questions he found his way to the launch deck and found his Gundam. As Gabe had said it was repaired and good as new, even the beam chaingun had been replaced. He was about to inspect it when he caught a stray thought from Gabe. No, it wasn't a thought more of a feeling. He was upset about something, Leo concentrated a little harder and frowned. Something about their new allies it seemed.
Leo concentrated for a moment more and activated his personal comm system, he couldn't count how many times it had saved his life, namely when he was to be executed. The line was secure as it always was and connect to Gabe. "Gabe do you read me? You ok? I felt something from you all the way in Lorelei's hanger."

[+]=====[+] Think [+]=====[+] There comes a time in every mans life when he must look inside himself, and find that little piece of life that forces him to move on. Whether selfless or not, that little peice of power is what drives them to their end, and into their own destiny...
A blinking red light flashed a few times before the first of the beeps. I was awoken from my sleep, the only thing that there was to do out here in space. The cold air sent a shiver through my body as I turned the head up, the warm air quickly moving over me. A light, crisp yawn escaped my lungs as I ran my hand across the main control panel, bringing up the main radar screen. It seemed that a single vessle was making its way towards me. I decided not to hail it, nor to recieve any conformation from it. "hhmm.. i dont think its feddies..." The earth had moved from a small, round ball to a large, omnious planet, only several hours out of reach. I smiled lightly before realizing that they were searching for something. This was the same area I had escaped from, I didnt realize I would travel through it to make my way to earth. That meant they had to be Shinter. I pulled the safety harnesses over my shoulders and locked them into place. The SG001G Destitution cruised on at the same speed, hoping to slip by the large vessle un noticed...

"Sir, we're docking the Admiral's ship. He said he wants to speak to you and Shadow directly."
"Understood." Turning to Shadow, Ain felt a little nervous, as did he. They were about to get the flogging of their lives.
"We're so in for it man... But I guess we deserve it."
"Basically. Dammit. I knew I shouldnt've listened to someone as irrational as you..."
The ship pulled along side of the hulking mass, and several clicks were heard, then the decompression of the whole ship. Ain's ears popped slightly.
As soon as the door opened, two armed guards flanked Ain and Shadow, one was in back of then, and one in front. They were led through an intricate series of checkpoints and finally came up to a bigger-looking door, which slid open instantly.
"Hello Ain, Shadow. Please come in, as you have quite alot of explaining to do."
Ain and Shadow nodded silently and entered a grand looking room, lavishly furnished with Miharu looking quite pissed glaring at the both of them.
"Alright, what the hell were you two thinking when you went down there?"
Ain took the initiative in answering the question.
"Well, we didn't want to wait around for Miharu to reassign us. We took the initiative, and lied to the unit saying we already got orders from Ezeikiel to go down."
"As you can see, we cannot let such as offense go unpunished. You also got one officer killed, and other captured. Both you and Shadow will be severly punished. But we must also brief you on the upcoming battle."
Ain could tell this was going to be a loooong briefing...

Gabriel returned the salute.
"You're Ishima Otogato, correct? Loyalty and bravery is all that I'm asking for. What I need you to do is head to the Fleet Docks, and go to the Lorelei. Mr. James over here will escort you and ensure your suit is loaded."
"Thank you sir!" Ishima replied, stepping backward and heading off to follow James.
Suddenly, Gabriel received a message from Leo. It was on a secure comlink, and he moved outside the OPS tent to talk.
"Gabe do you read me? You ok? I felt something from you all the way in Lorelei's hangar."
Gabriel paused a moment crossing his arms and leaning his back against a nearby pole. He glanced at the troops hustling and bustling to get to their assigned transport, then at the cityscape-admiring the seemingly endless skyline.
"Yeah, I read you. I'm fine. I just found out who are new allies are, and what we are going to use to blast a hole in Shinter's fleet."
"New allies?"
"Yeah. A new NA division."
"A new division? What's so crazy about that?"
"Fate has dealt us one hell of an ironic hand, for the division is a group of ex-Imperial members, and the weapon we are going to use is the Schwarzgeist."
Silence ensued on the line. Gabriel knew the shock his friend must be in, for he had felt the same just minutes earlier when he first found out who the soldiers were.

Shock wasn't the half of it, rage and hate burned in his veins. His hands clenched into tight fists and his teeth bared as he tried to keep from losing his cool completely. Gabe was from Selene just as he was, but the war had a different meaning for Leo. A mechanic nearby noticed the sudden change in him and came over to see what was wrong. But before the man could even speak Leo's fist lashed out.
On Gabe's end he'd hear the sound of flesh striking metal loudly followed by a few pops and cracks. Leo's voice was harsh, but that anger wasn't directed at his friend. "Gabe, you do realize that while you and I are both from Selene I was actually born and fought during the war, right? That not only did I run that last Einhander mission but it was infact the very first Schwarzgeist that shot me down?"
The mechanic was staring at Leo with wide eyes, weither amazed or terrified was unclear. Leo had just lashed out, his left fist hitting the foot armor of the nearest Gundam and putting a small fist sized dent in it. Leo's hand and fingers had been broken by the impact, so much so that small bone shards had ripped through the skin and small lines of blood ran off the gundam to the floor. Leo didn't even feel it as he continued to speak.
"I won't judge you for your choice in allies, the war did happen a long time ago and it's very possible that I am the only person who truly bears a grudge against the Empire. I still trust you as my friend but I warn you....." His voice became deadly now. "Those "allies" of ours had better stay the fuck out of my way, because if I see even one of them I will not hesitate to rip them apart limb from limb. Am I one hundred percent, crystal clear?"
He didn't wait for the answer, he cut off the signal right then and there then growled at the mechanic that still stood there in shock. "Clean up that mess." He pointed to the blood then passed the man and went to find the medlab, his gundam was controlable by his mind but a broken hand still needed to be looked after and Leo couldn't afford to be distracted by pain in the coming battle. #nosmileys
